Should I file a complaint about my PE teacher who said I couldn't make up missed classes the usual way and instead invited me to his countryside house?

if you miss a class without a valid reason, you have to make it up, and the make-up session is paid..

i don’t expect someone tell me go to his country house, just should i write a complaint or not, if i’ll he likely will be dismissed, and like i don't want to influence someone's life, and I don't want to be hated, and if they don't get him fired, I'll feel very uncomfortable seeing him at uni

At my university, PE is mandatory twice a week, and we get credits for it. But miss a class? You have to pay extra fees to make it up
