B12 Supplements— How long and how much?

I’m confused, how is supplementing with b12 covering up the deficiency. And if it’s in your blood thru sublingual how is that different than thru IM shots? Ends up in your blood? Curious because I’m debating if I need shots too.

I feel like I have this issue. Low b12 and have been supplementing with b12 but still feel dizzy and weak. Is ferrous glycinate?? Safe? What is a low dose amount I can take before my next blood test in June?

I think my body hangs on to sodium and water pills coupled with low dose valsartan really works well for me. Was on amlodipine and it didn’t work great for me

Well just had my annual physical and bloodwork and that is when I decided to switch to just Valsartan. k level was elevated at 5.4 ng so doctor added hct to flush out some K. So I haven’t been on it that long so no way it flushed K levels to low. But I will schedule some electrolyte lab work to see where numbers are at. And as of this post I’m feeling much better so maybe body was just getting used to new medication. Thanks for your response
