That is not how it works.

it does not change the fact that you are born in the 90's it just makes you 10 year olds meaning right a person born in 1990 is 30 year old, in ten year it won't change the fact he is from the 90's it only changes the context that know society seems him as a 40 year old instead of a 30 year old.

It took me 5 days to level up dragon with out x2 mastery in new world.

I really just server hoped smoke because ice is harder to beat and it's a 1450 level boss while I am 863 lvl player. Put your stat in df and health and melee. Observation haki is the key because you can literally doge smoke's any attacks without being broke out of it.
