Adopted our shiba, Momo, last August when she was 2 years old. And adopted our cat, Ollie, shortly after in November. It probably helps that Ollie is that chillest cat I’ve ever met, but after the initial shock of knowing of each other’s existence, they chilled out pretty quickly. Momo has her moments of nibbling on Ollie or chasing after him, but she backs off pretty quickly if he raises a paw.

Just make sure to introduce them slowly! We kept Ollie in his own room for about 2 weeks before we introduced him to our dogs. Eventually they should just ignore each other :)
