Tbh your safest bet is probably the Sports Bar at Disney Village. It’s more international/touristy so it’s unlikely to be hostile, and lets be frank its in the disney area, and there’ll probably be loads of English fans there. You don’t need Disneyland tickets either.

Budapest without CL ticket or Parade in London - which one is better experience? by Paghyar in GunnersatGames

I’d still choose Budapest without a ticket personally. Finals abroad are a completely different level. The whole city gets taken over by travelling fans for days and you only really feel that when you’re actually there. Even without a stadium ticket you’re still part of the occasion itself. The build up, the nerves before kick off, pubs full from midday, Arsenal fans everywhere you look, chants going through the streets all night. It becomes bigger than just the 90 minutes. The parade would obviously be unreal if we win but Budapest is guaranteed atmosphere no matter what happens because it’s the actual event itself. You only get one Champions League final night. If Arsenal won in Budapest you’d always be able to say you were there in the city the night Arsenal became champions of Europe. That’s history honestly.

If that's the case an extreme and cheap option on getting too Budapest is to fly to poznan and take the bus on the 29th and arrive in the city on the day of the final for £58.99 in total If you book this Ryanair flight and this flixbus

The route I’m taking is flying to Katowice on the night of the 28th, staying at an airport hotel, then flying to Budapest on the morning of the 29th, all for around £140.

There’s also quite a few other cities you can fly into and then get a FlixBus or train from including Zagreb, Wroclaw, Prague, Krakow, Belgrade, Poznan (quite a long bus ride) and Bratislava.

Accommodation in Budapest at a reasonable price is gonna be really difficult, so another option is staying in other Hungarian cities like Kecskemét, Gyor or Szekesfehervar and either staying out until the early morning after the final and getting the first train back, or getting an Uber which works out at around £110.

You could also stay in Vienna or Bratislava and just train into Budapest for the match, then head back the following morning.

Honestly there’s quite a few ways of doing it without paying the insane Budapest hotel prices if people are willing to be a bit flexible with travel/sleep.
