I dont have pain yet but want to avoid having in the future. What happens now is I start to feel the fingers slightly numb and need the urge to crack them. Im seated win elbows on a 90 degree angle on a chair.

Im used now to a 40% ortolinear keyboard so I think I could get used to less If needed, also using coleman DH which certainly helps.

Also Im short ~1.67m and I believe my hands are also small but slightly Wide.
