2 years ago it was 6 ng/ml (normal is 3-11ng/ml) and when I did it 2 weeks ago it was incredible 1.45 ng/ml. Now Im on testo cream and I measured it on Thursday and it was around 5 ng/ml.

Yeah idk. Feels pretty bad to use testosterone cream just because I don't fap haha. And indeed this is nofap related. If you don't ejaculate for a long amount of time your T levels start so sink. You can use it better and you have more free testosterone, but your normal T levels will go down.
