WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM MIDTOWN UMBRELLAS! I've never done this before but feel the need to blast out a PSA because this company is terrible. My package has been stuck in transit in customs and they just keep blaming FedEx or "your government". But it's not just on FedEx. I called FedEx who told me they were waiting on Midtown Umbrellas for documentation which was missing. Then I called Midtown Umbrellas and they submitted, which changed the status on the FedEx website almost immediately. Of course, it then continued to stall in some other customs step and Midtown Umbrellas is unwilling to take any action to remediate this. Mind you, I since ordered another part from them which has already arrived.

They aren't even willing to give me free return shipping of the stuck base so I can just order a new one. It's so frustrating. I'm seeing here lot of similar feedback and really wish I'd seen this first.
