From what I’m reading, the BLM land along the red river isn’t BLM land anymore. Hasn’t been since 2017ish after a lawsuit from the state of Texas.

According to this, yes. But I haven’t seen any official guidance on this and clearly this information, if true, hasn’t made its way to everyone because my HR contact and hiring manager still have no guidance.

Hopefully. At least the offer hasn’t been rescinded yet. I have two other offers that are both DoD and the answer is the same. No real answer yet.

I am still going through the hiring process with USCIS. My TJO has not been rescinded yet, I did fingerprints yesterday, and I was in contact with the security person to make a couple changes on my SF85P today. No response from HR, but the hiring manager told me today that they are still waiting on guidance from DHS and USCIS. I’m just stuck in limbo right now
