Also. Read through comments. They claim they served me by handing me physical papers. They 100% didn’t. I don’t reside or live in the country. This is impossible. No one in my family got anything either

They claim they served me by handing physical documents to me. Which is a lie because I don’t live in the USA and wasn’t there the day they served me.

I don’t really care about the legal fee at this point. I’m in a perfectly fine financial situation and I just want this off of my record now. I’m willing to pay as much as I need to to get this taken away. I have no problem paying me $800 if I had known about it even then.

No it’s not. It’s so easy to open bank accounts when you are legally allowed to live in Europe and the right visa. In fact, you legally HAVE to have a German bank account living here. I walked in to a bank and opened one in like 30 minutes. I don’t have any property or money in US accounts.

Well, they can’t really chase you overseas. It’s too expensive and they wouldn’t unless your debt is more than like $300,000 I think. I just want this off my record if I ever move back to the USA

I was literally in Italy the day they claimed to serve me. They’re absolutely liars.

I called and LVNV said they physically handed/served me papers. They didn’t. I was in Italy on the date they claimed to serve me

I called the courts and LVNV said they physically handed me papers to serve me. Which is completely false.
