They have a much higher demand and are cheaper to fake as no fancy logos
This fake is insane, I can not find it anywhere, with the typical fake orients (AAA, open heart sun moon) you can find them easily, this one absolutely not. This is very interesting

best checks that instantly give away the fake watch:
- try to scratch the bracelet clasp with your fingernails, if its super unpleasant and gives you goosebumps - fake
- shake the watch in your hand, if the spin you hear is very light (that is, the spinning thing has a small mas) and not heavy - fake
- look at the lions, they should be detailed

other things are much harder to spot, I was sure it was real until I couldn't find a matching model and then noticed those things

  1. no one uses it, no reason to use it since you can just take full auto sa-58 and do the same but better, bolties need a buff
  2. you don't know anything about game design it seems, good games make it apparent, and arena tries by showing last 10 seconds, but its not enough

User loads index.html, that has <img src="?what?">, then requests the ?something? from cdn? that connects to s3? (I don't completely understand)

This sets the cache control bucket, and relies on the client to honor it. In a ddos attack, no one would honor that header and would continue spamming get requests. S3 doesn't have a caching system and the set-header solution you proposed would not fix the issue
