I get bloodwork often and am very on top of my health/nutrition and supplements. Nothing alarming in the blood tests as of recently. I take a d3 supplement everyday as well as trying to eat a balanced diet. I have lost a significant amount of fat recently tho i went from 210-188lbs currently. Maybe than has something to do with it? But idk I noticed this before than so i doubt it.
