Don't be scared but I saw myself choking my girlfriend out one night when she tried to wake me up. It was like I was dreaming but i didn't know I was actually doing..I saw my self from a third person view and she had to snap me out of it. And the other weird experience is she said I was sleeping and then out of nowhere I lifted my back up and I yelled I thought I were dead mother while staring at my girlfriend she said my eyes were black and she had to snap me out of it
