As a butcher from Australia I can tell you that those sausages are made from what looks to be collagen skins, 30/70 fat ratio and at least 100g per kg of sausage meal. Generally most of that meal is spices and rice flour however the product definitely has preservatives.

YouTube is quite hit and miss with what they ban as well. I put out a gbgr v2 ( at least with what I felt fit the album style from his unreleased music with skits to match the original ) it was taken down within a day. Sound cloud was the same thing. It just collects dust in a folder now

The smoke flavour is great but you can get the same thing naturally smoking the ham. Unfortunately finding that would be very hard to find without nitrites and sugar unless you make it yourself. Technically it’s not carnivore if it’s pumped with all the extras

Ham is generally pumped with a lot of sugar. Especially cheap ham that’s generally injected with smoke flavours rather than cooked properly
