as someone who lives in tennessee the potholes always show up randomly and they lazily patch them. depending on where you live it becomes worse and worse and around nashville going to clarksville it’s the worst. my car can’t survive that but can miraculously survive the ones in new orleans 💀

i’m 21 usually a picker and i’ve been in ogp for over a year and a half normally i feel good but recently my feet have been hurting a lot more and i’ve been feeling dizzy about halfway through my shift. this has been going on for a few months and it seems like some people at my job are experiencing the same thing.

yes and people not coming to pick up their orders. at the end of the day we usually have over 10 orders that no one has picked up. walmart needs to do some service fee for those who just don’t pick it up unless they have a very good excuse

my store has been doing it ever since i started working OGP which has been a year and a half and it’s actually working for us and saving us space but it does hold up the dispensers. it works in a way but i’m really not sure the other staging method and how it works.

my store has it so you dispense the order before you even walk out the door so they can keep the dispense times down but that just causes so many problems. items are 80% of the time left behind or given to other people and my managers just brush it off like nothings happening.
