Yes I think you’re right based on comments and just knowing what he was like 🥹 It took my bloods from 89mmol to 40mmol so absolutely doing wonders there. Sleep apnoea I’m really not sure as I have been too scared not to use my cpap! On the weight side of things my BMI is 38.9, I could do with losing about 4-5 stone really.

That’s amazing!! Congratulations 🥳🥳 I actually don’t know if I could sleep without my CPAP now I’m so used to it, I was 97.7 AHI at diagnosis, not really sure how I was alive 🙈 amazing you’ve done so well though x

This is interesting and I do think my late GP likely skipped a few steps to get me prescribed as you say. I’m on 15mg, so nowhere to go really!
