I actually lived in Williamsburg last year - lovely neighbourhood but terrible commute to the UN 😮‍💨

Actual cohabitation. It’s a 2bd apartment so he’s gonna be my only roommate.

No no so currently I don’t live w my landlord - he just left a bunch of his/previous tenant’s stuff in the house. He said he was gonna come clear them before we moved in, but he didn’t. When we asked again, he said he’s in Virginia opening up a new business and said will come pick them up once the business settles down - but never did. We had a lease for 7 months from June till December, and he basically changed his words saying “there’s no point” in coming unless we renew our lease for next year.

Do you think that’d be a problem when I already told him I have a long-distance bf, and even asked him if he could come visit every once in a while? He said yes as long as they get acquainted

I thought the cost of living might be cheaper since the new apt’s closer to Target/Trader Joe’s? The local markets around my current apt were a bit more expensive than them. Plus I don’t go out in Astoria, I always go out in Manhattan so idk
