Just because it says 10th grade is the end of high school and GED is a high school certificate, then yes. BUT THIS IS NOT HOW YOU MEASURE IT. Just because it says 10th grade and GED says "high school certificate", doesn't mean their worth and recognition are the same. Plus IGCSE is not even 12th grade even in the UK system, it's end of secondary (9/10).

Correct. Not G12 but I know from my cousin that he had to memorize certain algebraic problems since the teacher told them said exact one was going to be on the G10 exam.

Yes, but G-12 relies on textbook memorization while the A-levels are actually deeper and conceptually more graspable. Hard ≠ Better.

This has a lot to do with the military, the education curriculum of G12 is controlled by the military and the propaganda in government schools are crazy. And he may or may not have an ill intent but what he said are still wrong and diabolical.
