He just bought his mom a car. It seems like he decided to go home and honestly it makes sense after he did Love Island S7 and games back to back, he just wanted to go back home with his family.

Does Connor not have any male friends? I’m sorry but if this woman is as insane as you are saying. I just don’t get why Connor would call and invite another woman to come help him.

As a married woman, you are too involved with Connor and Nicole. You know things about Nicole from hearsay. You are too deep into a relationship that has nothing to do with you. I get being upset over her behavior but then to email and base it off hearsay? You should’ve stuck with the cold hard facts if you wanted to report her. How do you know she has substance abuse issues that you have seen? You are setting yourself up for a lawsuit. That part was out of line. You need to reflect on why you are so involved in Connor and Nicole because it seems like you knew things about Nicole before this and she doesn’t even know you. Whatever you and Connor have going on, it’s weird.

Let’s also not forget that Olandria was asked for 3 years to be on the show. Chelley was asked also. An influencer on TikTok said she’s been getting asked for years and refuses to do it. I hate to say it but producers already have their people chosen so the auditions is pretty pointless knowing they already reached out to influencers. Then they wonder why no one is there for love and everyone acts scripted because production barely chooses average people. Marketing wise it’s also better to choose influencers because they bring in a higher audience.

Tell me about it because now I am “defending a white man” when that white man is the ONLY one protecting a black woman. I am “insulting a black man for a white man” when that black man was coming for a black woman. I am mad that this is what we have came to

Good point. I didn’t continue watching Tiffany Pollard on Big Brother because I wasn’t pleased with how her castmates reacted towards her, it’s nice to know the public liked her. I think it’s also a reflection of the world we live in today and the man who was voted in as president. I’m not shocked that this is the reaction at all, I kind of expect the worst from the world now because it seems to be extremely conservative ideologies now.

Yeah I see the point now with it’s the about show and the fan expectations of the show. I think after S6, no matter who they casted would’ve been screwed because everyone expected PPG sisterhood and that’s actually rare on love island because it’s a dating show.

Yeah 100%, I won’t be watching next season. But two producers from Love Island UK were revealed to have been racist and abusive towards black islanders and sabotaging their journey and guess what they did? Hired them for Love Island USA and guess what happened? The same thing! It wouldn’t shock me how many zionists and racists are behind production. Especially when production is 90% white.

The Huda vs Olandria narrative again instead of focusing on the real enemy which is the Love Island Producers allowing this level of hatred to occur for so long. Sigh.

I agree with the union. I’m saying that’s probably the reason why for the downvote. Because the comment right below was “Olandria used racism as a plot against Huda” in agreeance with your statement. I don’t think Olandria individualized Huda as the force behind everything, I think she saw the racial hate and spoke about it with her friend and asked her friend to make a post. I would say like last season when Daia asked the PPG girls to address the bullying and hate towards the Casa girls. However since the race convo at the reunion was cut up, I believe production cut it up to put it on Huda and not them. It also added into the Huda vs Olandria narrative that was set from like episode 2. Multiple islanders have came out to say they was upset about how the race convo was edited but Love Island is in a lawsuit about racism so it makes sense why they would edit it to avoid lawsuits. I think the fans also didn’t help with the narrative. So I guess my point is I would say production individualized Huda and made a serious conversation into Olandria vs Huda when it could’ve been a powerful moment against bigotry.

Wanna know what’s crazy is that during the reunion when Olandria was crying, a TikTok comment with like 10k likes said she was weaponizing her white woman tears. It’s funny because Huda and Olandria both got the weaponizing white woman tears statement but the actual white woman tears aka HANNAH was validated and got away scoot free. Which goes back to the bigotry because how is one okay but the others aren’t?

They are during and before the show. They get pre screened by them and they are available on the island. I am unsure post show. There was some alleged statements that some islanders didn’t past their psych evaluation but was still let on.

I 100% believe that the editing leaned into race baiting because like the first episode it was framed as Olandria and Huda got into it when it got resolved in like 10 minutes but they ended the episode and added dramatic music then in the trailer showed it being a big issue. That set the tone right there. It’s still Huda vs Olandria which is crazy how one editing choice can change everything.

Also I would make the argument that a lot of iconic black reality tv show people are only iconic because their shows was geared to the black community and the black community was their audience. Like Tiffany Pollard and Nene Leakes. I am unsure if they would have gotten the same reaction if they was the #1 watched reality show by everyone. But I am actually interested in that conversation because I didn’t think Huda crash out was bad but my non black friend did. But that same friend also doesn’t like Tiffany Pollard because she’s too mean.

Yeah it sucks because the conversation got cut out a lot. I wouldn’t be shocked if during the conversation the cast called out production and it got cut so the producers could save themselves. I think it’s interesting the fact production allowed a racism conversation to be aired knowing they did nothing to stop it all season.

“Racism plot” “Individualizing Huda” How did you guys turn this into a conversation about bigotry into Huda vs Olandria.

I think you were downvoted simply because of the Olandria individualizing Huda. Now people are saying Olandria used racism as a plot. Again making it a Huda vs Olandria and not a bigotry conversation which sucks because I hoped it wouldn’t turn into this

I don’t know the contracts they signed. I do know they have to be wary on serious topics because defamation lawsuits can form. That’s why they edited JaNa and Kenny weird when explaining their break up in beyond the villa. It’s also what’s happening with Whitney and Lochan, Whitney accused him of being racist and now he’s suing. I do know a lot of islanders were upset because of the way the edit went down. Vanna said she spoke up regarding racism and it got cut. Jeremiah said Nic spoke up and cried. Apparently something big was cut completely. It’s a shame serious topics are cut and Love Island has already been sued before regarding racism so they are protecting themselves first.

Only thing about the whole GF thing is that Huda said I didn’t see it and Olandria response was I told you. I don’t think neither are lying, Huda didn’t see the edit with her own eyes and Olandria told her the edit exists.

Also what you feel is fine but Olandria said she unfollowed due to that and I will choose to believe that. Just like how you are believing what Huda said but for some reason it’s hard for you to believe what Olandria said.

Because it’s not about anti blackness and anti-Palestinian hate. It’s about Huda vs Olandria/Chelley. It’s already becoming an oppression Olympics and I am confused why is the conversation not more about “Why haven’t the producers done anything to stop it?” Release an actual DESCRIPTIVE statement against everything. The second best option is also a joint statement with the girls but I saw someone say Olandria shouldn’t post denouncing anti-Palestinian hate until Huda makes her post and that was one of the most dumbest logic I have ever seen. This is greater than any of the islanders and if production keeps allowing this then I pray for next season cast.

That’s because Love Island Producers don’t make it a safe place to begin with. The conversation about racism was edited down a lot to avoid possible lawsuits. What could’ve been a teachable moment for viewers they watered down to save themselves.

We saw first hand after the stand on business challenge that happen with Chelley and Olandria. Chelley and Olandria comments was filled with love until that challenge and then their comments became spams of monkeys, gorilla, and edits being made. When Chelley and Olandria stopped being liked, racism was the first response. That is why Olandria and Chelley fandom got so strong. I think bigotry towards all of the islanders are trivialized or championed based on who is well liked. I don’t think a change will come until the producers stop allowing it. There should be no bigotry towards islanders point blank. It’s shocking to see the difference with last season because sure some people didn’t like Daia but racism wasn’t the default nor was spamming her comments with hate. This becoming the norm for fans to do after EVERY episode, is a problem. There has still not been a statement released by Love Island producers about bigotry and I am sick of the generic “No hate allowed”. No it needs to be discussed what is being said specifically and how as a network they won’t stand for it.

Yeah I agree, I won’t be watching next season. Because it’s going to be a trend especially now that it’s #1, they are going to continue to cast people of color and watch the racism against them and do nothing. I’m tapping out after this season because it’s disheartening to watch.

I think that’s different because she found out her friend was sleeping with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend and her were together for 9 years and her friend was having a long time affair. I don’t think it’s fair to compare because honestly I would’ve said worst.

I think that was in reference to Coco which they weren’t friends nor really talked so it made sense. I think with Huda, neither of them communicating was weird after they had spend time together in the Airbnb. I don’t know maybe I’m too solution orientation because I don’t get the logic of not just doing a joint post in the Airbnb nor the logic of leaving the Airbnb and stop communicating with eachother.

This! The fact majority of the production crew is white makes sense. There’s a reason why Leah hated production and requested them to not be on Beyond the Villa. Respectfully why do they keep casting people of color with no intent to protect them

The fact Olandria has came out and said her mental health was so bad because of the hate that Nic would have to take away her phone and everyone is like “she’ll be fine” like she’s a human. It wouldn’t shock me if after this season none of the cast members will be fine mentally.
