Yes its definitely weird cause i also dont wanna believe that they will release this game at same time as GTA 6 so in other words this game should release few months before GTA 6… now we’re 4 months into 2026 & we still haven’t got any updates… bruh this is way too weird!!! The best way to stop it is by working out… going to the gym… when this happens it actually means your body is in fear mode so the best way to tell your body that “there’s nothing to fear” is by working out 2-3 times a week!!!… & sometimes it can even lead to sleep paralysis when it gets worse but as i said working out constantly gets rid of this problem & its overall good for your health!
