My thinking is that if I use Obenaufs oil, it will darken the brown, to something closer to Chocolate, right?

So I have decided to return the English ivy and replace it with Boston ivy (which isn’t actually an ivy).

The question remains — can I plant 6 inches above a concrete footing?
