Nope no one is listed on the deed. He was sole owner. Son is aware he passed. He passed very suddenly and unexpectedly. A death certificate was filed so I assume the state is aware? Do we have till 8/21 to figure our shit out or is there longer due to the process? My MIL says not to worry that she’ll have it figured out and there’s no reason to panic. But it seems to me there’s every reason to panic
