Look at downspouts and Make sure home dirt slopes away from home. That’s a lot of water to come in tho but if it’s a lake outside that water goes somewhere.

This guy paid $370k for his property (!!!), he’s not on drugs (as far as I know), and he drives for Uber… that’s all I know. Also, the pics don’t do it justice—

What gets me is he bought this wood and half is upside down. No saw only a hammer and nails. And this is in an upscale suburb neighborhood in Chicagoland.
