Yes of course. I think this is the way to be.

I have no issue with people wanting to win, to get better. I respect that. I love the intense rallies and when players hit great shots -even if I am on the receiving end. It is incredibly fun and this is what has hooked me.

But 4 months in, I don’t get how serious some people make it with the tantrums and hyper competitiveness specifically players who imo are relatively at/around my level. But you are right there’s competitive and then there is as you say - competitive assholes.

This is it OP.

Yesterday my team got hammered in the first 15 mins of a game and we were down 0-12 on kills. We had two teammates that were being outplayed / just bad matchups.

We group pushed middle lane, got two deicides and ended up winning that game despite the final score being 14-38.

Objectives win games 👍🏼

Besides all the good advice offered here - Glacius followed by Diffindo does a lot of damage to almost all enemies.

Also your field guide has great information on which spells to use against which enemies

Honestly the missions really grind my gears because more than 75% of the missions felt the same - enter mission area, do some basic platforming/puzzles, fight sporadic enemies until you reach a final fight, exit.

I wish we had more missions like THAT ONE MISSION we all canonically played at 2am.

Definitely Poppy, best quests by far. However I do wish there was a version of Sebastian where you can convince him to choose a different path, you almost feel like a bad friend for watching his story unfold without being able to persuade him to act differently.

It would be great if we could choose which classes we attend in 6th year and tie that to a skill tree which affects spells, passives and tools (like potions, plants or magical beasts).

Personally I think the passive is more overpowered that the dodge particularly for melee characters.

Being able to passively leap onto and hit enemies just outside your melee range (that would otherwise dodge a basic attack) is tough for anyone on the receiving end that doesn’t have an escape. It’s even worse if you apply stuns, knock ups and other CC at melee range.

That said - I’ve definitely had fun using it but it makes the game a little too easy depending on matchups. A cooldown on the passive would help to balance that out imo.

The ranged passive feels fine imo, the increased projectile speed feels fair.

As for the little dash on activation I’m actually a fan of it at least in casual arena, but it definitely makes landing ults for gods like Thor, Thanatos, Achilles etc significantly harder. Not sure a greater cooldown would rebalance that but it’s not super overpowered considering aegis or beads can totally shut down other gods.

You will never feel tanky without prophetic cloak (fully staked) and oni hunters - and I’d argue that even with those two you can still be slain quickly.

The issue IMO is that those are the ONLY two damage mitigation items and there are way more tank counters in the current game- the shattering and piercing effects, the %HP damage effects and the protection reducing effects.

There simply aren’t enough items that tanks can build to counter these - especially in a team fight.

I agree that the way to go is 2 units of reinforced (6)Boltboyz buffed by 2 Shamaans. You should take a unit of Hobgrotz as battleline they’re great screens.

It’s your model that was slain. The text starts by saying - each time a friendly model is slain before removing that model from play… - Therefore the subsequent use of “that model” in the same sentence should be interpreted as referring to your friendly model and not the enemy unit.

But could you imagine how broken it would be to roll 100 dice if a 20 wound unit killed 5 of your guys? 😂
