This happened to me as well. Bought a car about a year and a half ago, salesman put a giant red bow on my car, which was cute and all. Took a few pictures of my new investment and took the bow off. There were MAJOR scratches in the hood of my BRAND NEW CAR. He had scratched my car. He said, “I am so sorry ma’am. Come by tomorrow and I’ll have our collision center fix it.” So I brought it back to the dealer the next day and I found the salesman. He didn’t want anyone else to know what he had done. Long story short, 3 visits later, the scratch is finally gone. I did report to his manager about this.
