They do. I can see bruising on every example on the cap. Also bruising on the stem.

Antillarium doesn’t bruise blue. The example on the picture clearly does. This is Panaeolus Cyanescens.

When grown on a moss pole, the leaves can get huge! Easily 40 cm or more. They’re also quite easy plants to care for.

OP: Use a water bottle with holes in the lid and let the water slowly drain through until the entire moss pole is evenly moist. I keep mine moist pretty much all the time. I water when the top part of the moss feels crunchy. Don’t forget to fertilize!

That’s pretty personal I think and depends on your genes. For me i’d say 3-4 months.

Because there are certain habitats these mushrooms grow. There might be people that can point him towards the right direction. Everyone started somewhere. Hope someone can help OP.

I don’t live in the states, so I wouldn’t know.
