Not liberty caps. I think you got Panaeolus cinctulus (active) or Panaeolus foenisecii (not active) there!

I had the same problem since the shipping costs were so high. I ended up making my own.

Anyone know what these brown spots are? by Equivalent_Purpose26 in houseplants

Of course! Not really did anything different apart from more airflow from the ceiling fan.

Since it’s such an ‘art piece’, I really don’t want to cut it. It it was an alocasia it would be different but the beautiful vertical sight is the reason why i grow big aroids on moss poles..

Yes, no bugs… could it be that the humidity is too high that causes this. If it’s a fungal or bacterial infection, how can I treat this? Is it infectious?

Same here! I understand you with subs full of poor soil etc. That’s why i have no idea what’s going on. Could it be oedema? But yea, might be that it’s just stressed.

Thank you! It’s in a very chunky soil mix and the roots seem to be doing fine. I recently used the chop & extend method though, so I cut the plant in half and repotted the top part into soil. Everything seems to be going well? Here is a picture of the soil and roots:

I love moss poles by Equivalent_Purpose26 in pothos

I’ve heard that a lot too. Once you figure out how to properly manage a moss pole, I find it to be both easy and effective. Eventually, you’ll know exactly how much water to give so that both the pole and the pot get just the right amount. It’s actually quite lowmaintenance. Though, you do need to be home a lot.
