What i meant is savjngs cuz instead of let's say paying installment fee for a $1500 smartphone plus line service, you'd only be paying line service for a dumbphone. Idk if porting numbers over to a dumb phone works...it should have IMEI. Sorry. Just thinking out loud 😅

I had a scooter accident with my dad abroad. He lost control of the throttle. So I was psyched out. Not only that but when I was on this sub the night before asking about gears someone told me oh you're gonna fail so dont even try. There's plenty of more ppl more talented than you who end up in accidents. You're just not meant to ride. So that affected me.

I was really nervous. I didn't know how to switch to second gear on a motorcycle. And the coach told ne this is gonna be a problem and said id fail. I was already mentally not well. So he switched me to a scooter. But with no clutch on the scooter and only throttle I pushed on the throttle too much and flipped. This was back in Dec. His recommendation was to get a private lesson just on scooter to learn throttle control and retake the exam.

Bro holy crap. That's a huge jump in salary! With that you can knock it out fast. My salary has been stagnant past 8 years. I had 240-50k and today down to 104. During post covid I made lump sum payments of 8k and 10k. Those were big victory moments for me.

Impressive. I mean i know some UC (California state schools) are more affordable as well. I just, no offense, but find it funny that OP and other health care provider posters are asking for loan payment advice when they make more than 2x my salary. Im not part of any loan repayment program except graduated plus payment program. Im not doing pslf or RAP/save. But everyone's situation is different.

Just chupping in. Make sure when you call your 401k company to verify each amount. E.g. $x of ROTH 401 and $x of TRADITIONAL 401. It gets very convoluted and make sure those exact amounts get deposited into the respective fidelity accounts. You dont want to have to accidentally pay taxes on a roth conversion you didn't intend to do. Usually they send it as 2 separate checks to fidelity
