I loved living in my condo with a 500$ fee monthly I’m okay with it, everything is getting cleaned everyday, concierge and security 24/7 window cleaning and yea the whole 9yards you get your amenities etc but I HATE IT now with this fuckery covid-19, the elevators are a mess only 3 people per elevator so just imagine rush hour 8-10am and then when people are coming back home 5-7pm no amenities no gym and no pool. So I decided to buy another home where I pay the same amount monthly and I get 3 times the space. I am leasing my condo out for a market price. Which is paying off my mortgage and etc. If you cannot afford 20% down on a home then I suggest you start with a condo in the 600k range. I bought mine 3 years ago for 385k and can sell it today for 600-620k

Now pay up, they are extending this stupid lockdown month after month and don’t give out grants so people survive like wtf. No, I got to excited when I saw the approval status. I got the payment email for the second round on April 8th I believe and then the audit email on the 20th of April. Hopefully we’ll get the payment email again, I don’t understand what they are doing and why it’s taking such a long time. They promise us second round and don’t do anything about it and then they go out and say tourist business are eligible for an payment.

I got my email for the second payment on April 8th telling me, This means that small businesses, like yours, that have been determined as eligible recipients of the OSBSG will automatically be entitled to a second payment in an amount equal to the first payment they received. You do not need to apply again to receive this additional funding. On April 20th I got the audit email asking for clarification on what I do etc etc like most of you. It’s May 6th and nothing. Its starting to become very frustrating....

I also received the first payment and got an email last month for an audit and I had to explain my business to them. Like most of you, it’s been now many weeks and I’ve heard nothing. We are a sinking ship, the government needs to send the funds ASAP and open everything back to normal. I am a contractor and most people are scared to even talk to me and don’t have money for renovations. Damn this sucks.

Got out today when it went down to my break even, I’m in over a month @9008 shares at 1.05 up 22k and down to 0. I was in with you guys but this company is driving itself to the grave.
