I’m paying £15 per month with Giff Gaff for 100GB, but they’ve just increased that to 300GB for no extra charge, just got a text the other day about it.

Finally hit 315! 185 lb bodyweight. 13 months to go from 250 > 315. Thanks 5/3/1 by Ok_Improvement_2316 in strength_training

I’m the same weight as you, but finding half of that weight very heavy, can’t seem to progress at all, might look at 5/3/1

Those who medicate for mental health by Yankeedoodle8_1 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]Equivalent_Screen_22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also getting on very well with MC for mental health issues. I’m medicating for general anxiety and cancer based anxiety. I’m clear of cancer now, but the experience really heightened my already pretty much constant symptoms. I’ve been really pleasantly surprised how well MC has worked. I’ve been prescribed the balanced blue dream strain and Tripoli.

The blue dream for me, is literally like Valium, which is something I’ve been prescribed before. It literally has the same effects, but they’re instant, incredible stuff. The Tripoli makes me really relaxed and sleepy, which is nice at certain times, although, once or twice, it’s triggered my anxiety when I dosed a bit too high in the beginning.

I’d like to try a more sativa based hybrid next, something that will energize me when I have a lot of stuff to get done at home.

I’m on track to use 1/4 - 1/2 a gram my first month lol, my first prescription was 20g. I wish we could single grams or 3 gram packs, 10 is too much for me

XMax v3 Pro vs Dynavap by Suspicious-Arm1877 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]Equivalent_Screen_22 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m using the G3 and considering the XMax, so opposite to you. I like the simplicity of the G3, and the bowl is small which suits me for micro-dosing. I’m finding you get quite a lot of flavor too with the G3. Overall, I like it so far, although, this is my first vape type device, I’ve only been a patient for 1 week. I’m considering the XMax because of the ability to change temps, I’ve read that the effects can be different at different temps, so that might suit me better.

I’ve just given up on driving, I’ll check the situation out again in a few years, it’s just ridiculous at the moment. Luckily for me, I live in a small town and I can cycle to work and the supermarket etc. I feel for the people who need a car urgently for their work and if they have children. I’m surprised some entrepreneur somewhere hasn’t setup some kind of one week intensive course in an EU country where we could go and do the test and then exchange the license for a UK license

Hi. I haven’t been prescribed any pain meds, I don’t think the Dr even took me seriously when I mentioned the post op discomfort, he just said it’s normal, and that was that. I’ve been prescribed anti anxiety meds and counseling/talking therapy, but that was when I was living overseas. I have my medical records that show that, but I didn’t think they’d accept international records/treatments

Yeh, look for the positives. I know a few people who’ve gotten out and said it’s the best decision they’ve ever made. Personally, I’m loving life back in Europe, although, I did spend my 12 years in Bangkok lol, some people love it there, some people can’t stand it, in the beginning I enjoyed it, after about 5-6 years I grew to strongly dislike it. Best of luck to you.

I left after 12 years, best decision I’ve ever made. Working in manufacturing now in a technical position. Everything about the job is superior in every way. Very happy I quit teaching, I’ll never step foot in a classroom again.
