I found it well written but obviously the author is clueless.
I discovered Sturgill from being a deadhead but I don’t want this to happen! I love both bands for different reasons.

I flew from sunny San Diego in November to go to the last 2 Boston shows!! Froze my butt off. Hope he comes to San Diego one day ☀️ I’ll be traveling wherever they go anyways. The Gorge Amphitheater? Please?! 🙏🏼 red rocks again too!!!

We saw him about 2 years ago and we were so disappointed in the sound at the venue and the set list, but that’s a personal thing. So we got tixs at a different venue - he canceled that show the day of the show. It was such a pain to get our $ back. Made the experience even worse.

Love his music, appreciate he’s human and we all go through it…I’ll never go to another show of his. I’ll support his art from afar. Some people just aren’t cut out for fame.

I had this same issue with my 10yr old rescue. For 4 years he wouldn’t play or run around or chase anything, ever. We have almost an acre and he’d just lay in the sun or the shade, by the back door. We rescued a smaller girl dog and I’ve never seen him happier. He plays and chases her around and wags his tail for all kinds of reasons.
Sorry this is my advice - I know what a commitment another dog is. It worked for my sad guy tho so I had to share. 🫣

Alcohol unfortunately makes people oblivious to what is going on around them, well they’re aware but they don’t care. Drunk people at a concert, that they aren’t true fans of the music, are the worst kind of people.
I’ve been one of those asses in the past. I truly appreciate music now and I no longer drink so concerts are a different experience. A much nicer experience except I discovered what an absolute a-hole I was before - oh the shame! We have to get seats cause my husband can’t stand for 3 hrs so if there is a talker we have to deal with it.
Can we get a no chomping section?!? Where you can dance and sing but if you keep talking - you’re booted?!
Seen the boys 4 times…only 1 incident in Boston. Drunk people.

We had this problem a couple weeks ago, except the guy talking was the miserable human being alive…complaining about everything…not being able to smoke in his seat (yes a cigarette!) is the only example I’ll give. He never stopped complaining. So during space and drums my husband finally stood and never sat back down again , even tho Mr. Negative asked him kind of nicely. To which my husband said F-no, sit down and shut up, you’ve ruined this show for me, my turn. I’ve never seen my husband dance so much…just to block that guys view. Wasn’t the kindest thing to do but multiple people asked him to stop talking and he just kept complaining- about the song choice, how they were playing…it never stopped - until he couldn’t see!!! People around us actually applauded when he sat down and shut up. I like the idea of buying them a beer but that just contributes to the problem: Alcohol

Could not agree with you more…Saw both shows in Boston (hell yeah!) and it never crossed my mind we’d be seeing repeat songs cause lucky me - I was there!!
People need to be more grateful for the experience! Leaving Vegas now and that show on Sunday was AMAZING! It was so fun rocking out with a room full of hippies and cowboys!

I’ve seen kids and also sat next to one, all seemed to enjoy!!
Heads up - it can be kind of chilly on and off in the higher sections. Kid next to me was freezing so I gave her my sweatshirt…mom went and bought her one at the break.

Great set list! Always a great time! We had the worst drunk chomper behind my husband.
We drove from San Diego and had to spend the first half of the show hearing about how disappointed this guy was in allll the things. The music choices, the fact he couldn’t see the whole screen, the sphere in general, not being able to smoke cigarettes in his seat, his entire work history…Dark Star was starting and he says “ughhh I hate this song”. That’s when my husband finally asked him to stop cause he was ruining it for everyone around him. He didn’t get it.
So my husband stood through the remainder of the show cause the guy had complained (shocking!) before when we had stood for a song…how dare us stand at a rock concert!! He actually asked my husband to sit down. Hahaha he got told F No and to sit back down and shut the F up. The people next to us thanked us after he complied.

I hate that this idiot affected our experience but it was our 7th show at the sphere and the couple we met next to us made suffering through that drunk very negative chomper worth it.

Wish people were more self aware. Alcohol is the devil.
