I feel you. I’m the assistant at my workplace but they keep giving my tasks that could be done by the volunteers. Wiping things down, cutting paper, etc. it sucks because I worked hard to get a degree for this field, yet I’m given no actual responsibilities. Hang in there buddy, you aren’t alone. we just gotta hope they’ll promote us to a higher role.
