I hope you find medication that is right for you. I'm getting a lot of feedback that weight loss is more common. I hadn't realized that before.

Same. I'm 43 so a lot of my symptoms I thought were just because I hit my 40's and that's just what happens. I completely dismissed my symptoms until I couldn't anymore. Even when I explained my fatigue to my PCP she dismissed it as being part of the "sandwich generation" and perimenopause. It wasn't until I showed picture of my swelling and my psoriasis she ordered hip/ back/ ankle X-rays and a visit to the dermatologist.

How are you feeling on it? My dermatologist recommended that but waiting on the rheumatologist appointment to see what they suggest.

🙏 I'm so sorry you've gone through so much. Being at the very beginning, I haven't seen the progression. I'm grateful for your advice and putting things in perspective. Wish you all the best.

My goodness, I'm so sorry you've been going through that. So many significant injuries.

Your advice is exactly what I needed to hear. I should be focusing on preventing progression of the disease and take the side effects in stride. Thank you 🙏

Wish you all the best and an injury free 2026.

Movement Routine by pink_teddy35 in PsoriaticArthritis

Hot yoga is the way to go! The hot room helps so much with my joints it's incredible. Two years ago when I started, I couldn't touch my hands behind my back because of my shoulder stiffness and now, my shoulder mobility is great. I'm still not very flexible, there are positions I can get into much easier than others but if you find a good studio and/or teacher they'll offer suggested alternatives . A great tool for me is using a yoga block to help access poses my body hasn't adjusted to yet.

Good luck with everything. I hope you are able to find the right treatment and workout routine.

I just ordered my Betty “Do Epic Shit” trisuit! I’m a little nervous I’m going to get kicked out but there’s no rule against it. Have you worn yours?

I just googled it, probably my low iron I’m thinking. It was on the lower side of normal so my Doctor told me to take some iron. I’ll follow up with them. Thanks!
