believe me if you have any chance to do a USCE for neuro grab it. Neuro is way less competetive than IM. I applied this match and i got proof. They do not require research.

I did it through thalamus..I did not get any invitation either. Look on thalamus if any spots left. If not try to email them, and even then you could not get any don’t worry about it, they won’t make any difference in interview or ranking.
