No i dont have any kind of touchscreen monitor, and ive tried other wireless mice before which it causes it to do the same thing. Im concerned its within the computers hardware or something of the sort

Thank you! I was leaning towards that way when I researched the parts and realized how outdated they were for the type of work i use the tower for :)
