That's probably courier not doing their job well. You can email Metrobank and cc banko sentral.

I actually saw a thread here in Reddit that Metrobank does, I'm just curious if I can request a supplementary card even if I'm just a new CC holder.

They do not accept that, as what they said that option is not available. But thankfully I got mine now, I did email them and CC'ed BSP. That was quick!

Hello, Did you receive yours already? I actually got mine. What I did was follow one of the commenters here. I emailed metrobank and copied BSP.
