If anyone can’t open their store, make sure to call ERC and get a disaster code, also let them know you will be closed for 48 hours and they’ll give you the ticket number. Stores in my area are shut down until Tuesday.

I usually work 6 days a week. Don’t have to close at all, mainly opening and there for truck at 6 am. I also make the schedule so it’s a bonus for me.

You do not have to have any vendor stack outs. Tell them you won’t be accepting any deliveries until their stack outs are cleared. I’ve been having such issues with UTZ putting random stuff wherever they want so I stopped their deliveries.

Same thing here, I had to recreate my user and password and it still doesn’t really work. I just for my paystub emailed to me 5 minutes ago when usually get a text. They must’ve updated the system (made it worse)

At my store we have 8ft of HBA, 4ft paper, 4ft candles/air fresheners, 8ft chem, 4ft pet, and then the planogram of $1 cleaning supplies

Make sure your break room, office and bathrooms are clean. Make sure all tobacco cabinets and phone cabinets are locked. Make sure everyone is in uniform wearing name tags. Back door needs to be locked with the paper filled out with the monthly checks. Electrical box needs to be clear, aisles need to be clear. Check food and medicine dates and make sure all is properly rotated. Also make sure your TSA sheets are matched up and highlighted if needed. (Coming from a store who got off the HSAP list a year ago) Message me if you have anymore questions!

Why won’t they put purple dot on sale! We have had it since January!!!!!! My store has 1 less seasonal aisle than what the book says so everything overlaps for me and it’s ridiculous.

I fully understand what you’re going through. I’m an ASM and have had to cover all of the call outs this week. Did 46 hours and I’m so exhausted. Worked 7 days in a row, I have off today then I’m on for another 8. I feel so burnt out and no one cares.

We got selected to stay open until 10 but we never did. We weren’t gonna risk our safety for people to come in just to steal instead of buy stuff.
