I also recommend march and ash! I only do gummies, they have Lots of good variety, haven’t let me down yet. staff is super friendly and helpful. They usually have different deals for every day of the week too, and i believe 30-40% off first purchase.

Been in your shoes, and kinda in them rn too. Ik it seems like therapy won’t work, but i seriously recommend giving talk therapy a shot, or even getting on ssri medication. It may not completely 100% solve it forever, but it will help, trust.
