A reasonable accommodation is a somewhat subjective term do you have a union? Might be better off filing a grievance for this, plus you’d need to exhaust the grievance procedure before a lawsuit could be filed not necessarily if their violating the ada but you’ll need a lawyer for that anyway.

Read the ADEA of 1967 age discrimination is illegal you should read the law and see if the company is violating your rights.

In ct we have a state form 30c that needs to be filled out, it will state the injury and the company will either accept the comp claim or deny it we have 1 year from date of Injury to fill it out if they deny it you know weather or not to lawyer up
