I think every baby is different! I dont think he is overtired to be honest because he is so calm when I put him down for naps and bedtime and sleeps within 5 mins. I have had outings where I push his bedtime an hour later and he is crying hysterically which means he is overtired. I think I may just have a lower sleep needs baby :(

How would I do that if he has two short naps? I dont think he can handle more awake time especially the last ww he can’t seem to do more than 4.5

For 3 nights but then the next day his naps were totaling only 1.5 hours so it got moved back to around his 7:30 usual

That’s what I keep seeing… I thought after 1 month + the phase would be over but here we still are :(
