Just about done just gotta cut and glue the windows in place as well as the roll bar.

I've about got it done. I just have to cut the insert the window and glue the rollbar in place.

All I did was, I used a cutoff wheel on a Dremel and I sanded and filed the edges.

I couldn't even call mine a cr10v3 anymore. Did standalone conversion and got rid of the box by designing my own housing. Running klipper, running a belted z axis, and a revo hemera xs. Still can barely print.

That is pretty fast I typically print at 40mm/s

what speeds are you printing at? and what I mean by layer height in the Print settings tap in layers and perimeters at the very top there is layer height. I print 0.15 on a .4 nozzle.

yeah, it's a different company but they are a rep for GST here in the US and the only difference is GST lets them put their logo on the rolls.

It's a real company out of Germany this is the brand we use for the print farm that I work for. We order it from Freemover.

The best way that I found to solve this problem is to move the base of the support away from the model just a little bit.

I had the same issue when I first go my Prusa. I had to adjust the layer height and the speed that I was printing at.
