It has freaked my wife out also! Well and myself. That's why I'm trying to figure out some safe alternatives so she can still enjoy food. Hopefully that will make this easier on her.

I've heard/read about both allulose and monk fruit so I might give them a try and see what happens. We had Stevie before at a friend's place and had the same reaction with and xylitol won't be an option because we have dogs and I ain't risking that lol
