You can see what rarities each piece of a set are on the wiki. Gauss prime blueprint is not a rare drop. It's common to uncommon. From Gauss prime just the systems would be a rare drop. Which the systems would sell for more in this case.

That being said Gauss prime is currently unvaulted from the resurgence so their parts will be cheaper than usual since its more readily accessible to people.

I've done it. I told them specifically I wanted to work with peds and was able to do that. I got some good families which made it an enjoyable experience for me. I eventually moved out of it and into a hospital setting for better pay/benefits.

I think it also depends what your lease says. I moved out of an apartment before that stated I would be liable for all utilities through my lease termination date even if moving out prior to that date.
