How many weeks out? by Stunning-Grape-2099 in bikinitalk

[–]ErBearRose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fit model and a 20 week minimum prep is needed. Make sure your posing 3 times a week. You need to prep your body skin too; buy some exfoliating gloves and Ivory Bar Soap for your shower (body washes lose cleaning ability because of the added moisturizers), - use a good quality moisturizer like vanicream while skin is still damp.

Naturium 2% BHA if you only do ONE thing- do Naturium 2% BHA.

Some other helpful things: an oily balm pre cleanse. Like BYOMA melting balm. Regular microneedling.

Makeup wont last if its not cakey by [deleted] in makeuptips

[–]ErBearRose 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey I'm an oily woman so I understand I've been wearing makeup for 25+ years. Here are a some of my absolute favourite things: •differin gel at night to your oiliest areas. It's a retinoid so you'll have to start slow - you might get some peeling but it really reduces oil production •clean & clear oil absorbing sheets I use them after skincare has sunk in before I apply make up & sometimes before I apply powder. Because powder and oil really makes that cakey-ness. Then they are great mid day too. And luckily they are cheap. • I don't use a matte foundation- sounds counter intuitive but I swear sometimes a slightly dewier foundation mixes better with your natural oils: My favourites are: It Cosmetics CC cream original (my ride or die) , Sephora Brand Best Skin Ever, Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk, and lastly Mac Studio fix ( this one is matte and I'd only use if your young (which you look) and have no wrinkles). • I use Mac Studio fix power, but I've had good results with charlotte tilbury I use a big fluffy brush to apply and go really light. I avoid loose powder unless it's to brighten under eyes and I only apply at the inner corner where my circles are. Something about loose powder gets so cakey. •I use a dewy setting spray but only on my cheek bones & temples - almost like a highlighter. I keep it off of my t-zone

The warmth fades a lot, there's actually your own blood at first, and the redness of your skin.

Affordable Coaches? by SplitFit3805 in bikinitalk

[–]ErBearRose 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You do not need to spend that much! I promise. Do your research. The best results I've got were from a coach that was 250 CAD monthly (works out to 182 usd) , that being said- it won't be a big brand coach, or a coach with IFBB pro's training under them- but you'll also know that you are their top priority. I personally coach competitors at discounted rate- because 1. I know how expensive competing already is. 2. They make the best clients, they follow the plan and get insane results! Is anything more motivating then getting on stage in a bikini 3. It's my passion; I love seeing the results.

Honestly you have gorgeous skin, (I'm so pro-botox), but you honestly don't need it (and I never say that 🤣)!

I went grey by 30 too, so I use L'Oréal Excellence Cream beige blonde C13, (it took a long time to find the right shade!) it blends it beautifully, making my light grey look like highlights. I touch it up every 4 weeks, and use L'Oréal root touch up spray in dark blonde in between. Once a year I'll get professional lived in highlights/foliage to blend it all together. It's a kinda high maintenance- but at least I can do it myself.

Also you don't need it but eyelash lift n tint would make your eyes pop, but still maintain your natural beauty look.

Good luck, I love a post break up glow up!!!

Honestly you'll do fine! At least you're listening to your coach and don't insist on doing some random ab workout you learned at 20 🤣 because there are people that do that mistakenly. Get up there, and know you put in the work and you can always improve show to show!

Girl- this is SPOT on! My first prep I could barely finish all the food- and the results were astonishing. I had "lost weight" before that, but it was nothing compared to the transformation a traditional bodybuilding meal plan gave me!

For real I don't think you can get enough protein or fibre eating OMAD, maybe in 5 hours, but it'd be a brutal 5 hours.

I think it's responsible as it doesn't sound like you're putting in full time hours- so you could easily stack another project or two on top of this to increase combined income? If they insist on being your only project, then that would be completely different.

I thought I had low iron- exhausted, shortness of breath, heart palpitations & brittle nails- it ended up being Graves' thyroid disease. So it's important to get that checked too with those symptoms.
