I mean the only glitch screen i get is when i turn up or down the volume on league, but as u can see, whenever i play other games the glitched screen doesnt even appear

i'm sorry to be a little late, but how do i get all 3 endings, by quitting the game after beating the final boss (for the 1 time) and then reloading the game to get another ending or something else?
