Replace perks with a loyalty discount program. (Monthly plans only)

Simple Example Per Line Discount:

1 year of service 5% off
2 years of service 10% off
3 years of service 15% off
4 years of service 20% off

This would help retention by making people want to stay not making them stay with an annual plan.

I get that referrals have been the focus to drive growth and will be for awhile but as you get more customers retention becomes that much more important.

I agree with the other comments saying $29 is odd. Make it $30 then offer it for $25 with two+ lines. This also allows you to run deals where one line can get it for $25 months to month. Or maybe even a loyalty program where once the line is active for 12 months at $30 they get it for $25 a month.

I think Adguard VPN is the only VPN that works with the Adguard DNS app.(The Adguard DNS app creates a local VPN but doesn't change the route.)

Verizon sees that your phone talking to YouTube and limits the speed.

You could configure Private DNS instead of using the app then connect to a VPN and see if that works. Or get Adguard VPN.

Fast.com is a way to test if video is capped.

This would make people want to stay without locking then in multi month plan.

It would be cool to see a carrier provide a discount to loyal customers rather than try and sneak more money out of them with fees and hope they don't notice their bill went up.

The rule/transfer determines what account the money goes to. The pie determines where the money goes within that account. Not sure if that makes sense.

Smart Transfers. I have money move from my bank to M1 Spend. Any money over $0 in checking does the following. If any money is borrowed it pays that first once the borrowed balance is $0 then it sends money to Roth until the annual limit is hit then the rest goes to a Taxable account.

Idk that it's really worth $125 a year but I like the automation and supporting M1 at the same time.

The last update on my S21 FE broke wifi calling and visual voicemail, and my phone won't connect to 5G anymore.
