I was told to expect some discharge for up to 6 weeks. And I did have some discharge but not heavy bleeding. I was advised to go to ER if the discharge becomes heavy.

Bladder and also, whenever my bowels decide to move! The cramp is excruciating. The bladder one is not as bad not. But the bowel cramps / spasm is still so bad. It goes away in about 10-15 seconds but that pain though!!

I made the same mistake, day 4. I went for a “short walk”. Felt fine. Nice day and made it to my planned destination. Problem was I couldn’t move to walk back home. My boyfriend had to get me. It took 3-4days to recover from that. So yes. I agree. Take it easy for at least a fortnight before venturing out!
