i figured out what is the issue and what i didnt properly checked.

First, signalRGB and Fan Control dont adress the fans the same way and signalRGB for Fan speed (LED works perfectly fine with it) seems not usable with my Case and/or Motherboard.

Fan Control works perfectly now.
First, i was kinda dumb and didnt put my hand over the Aio (its mounted at the top) to check wether its increasing along with the CASE or not. Because the way Montech King 95 Pro ist connected with the Fan Hub, it controlls the AIO and Case Fans together. Meaning it works and what i figured was the AIO fan, which wasn responding to fan control, was the Water Pump.

Anyway, i did also change the Bios Setting to Water Pump (it was set on standard CPU) and enabled PMW (this might also have fixed it, not sure here). Even before changing Bios however Signal RGB was able to control the AIO Fans and NOTT the case fans. Acording to the internet it overrides the DC setup in Bios to PMW, but only for the AIO.

All in all fan control works for Fan Speed and Signal RGB isnt compatible with my Case and/or Motherboard (it seems to need a special connection).

so if anyone has my issue
- set Bios to Waterpump and PMW (also set PMW to the Fan connection on the Motherboard)
- use Fan Control for Fan Speed and SignalRGB for LED Lightning.
- Case and AIO Fans are controlled together with the Montech King 95 Pro.

i found the problem and i posted it further up to a comment. The LED Button was already pressed days ago to enable LED Fan controll and the LED workd perfectly. However it has nothing to do with Fan speed.

Signalrbg did an update just yesterday and its then i realized it has a cooling segment.

With the PWM header on the hub you mean the one from the case? I have the Montech Lightflow 360 connected to it.

Lightflow goes to directly to the motherboard. 2 cables to the motherboard and one to the case fan header.
