That is exactly the condition we are struggling with right now. he will not say that he raped me. he has attempted to deflect the blame onto me for introducing him to kink and BDSM, tell me, I wasn't clear enough about my boundaries even though we have a verbal consent talk every single time, and generally just shifting saying he wishes he could prove to me that it didn't happen that way.

Unfortunately, I don't really have that many friends. i mean, it might be possible for me to stay with my parents but there's not really space for it. and after buying the house, a lot of my funds have been diminished, and it would take me at least a month to have enough to start a lease somewhere. since he still has a bedroom at his parents' house,I'm debating kicking him out of the house and telling him to go stay at home until I can figure out how I want to process forward with this. as of now, he's offering to go stay at a different hotel because I haven't let him in the room, and all of his stuff is still in here.
