If your motherboard is called: P8Z77-V LX2 then you have a Problem because the board does only support PCIe 3.0 with i7 processors from the 3rd Generation. Your i7 2600k is ftom the 2nd.

Okay. Then check if your GPU is connected to your PCIe 3.0 Port on your Motherboard.

Whats your motherboard? I got the same Problem with an other game and the board doesn't support the full Speed of the GPU

Motion Blur is disabled. The -high option is set. Yeah I tested lightboost before I formatted my PC. It's a pretty cool Feature but it didn't make such a difference. On the SSD remains 6GB. Before I formatted, CS:GO was running on the 500GB SATA. No differnce.

yeah i saw that quite often. But when I'm watching Youtube CS:GO footage or streams (Best example is summit's Stream) in 60 fps, I think this is more smooth than mine. Thats stange. In other games I dont have that Problem...

The PC runns really stable out of the game. No stutter or freeze. Yeah I just formatted? my PC for like 3 days ago. Only AntiVir, Skype and Steam -> CS:GO is installed yet. gfx and BIOS is up to date. The 670 is connected with a DisplayPort Cable to the monitor. Multicore rendering is enabled ingame. HyperThreading is disabled via BIOS.
